Sterling’s Inaugural Partnership Conference is a 3D event

Sterling Insurance's Partnership Conference will reinforce the need for ongoing broker and insurer communication to drive improved service in 2013. The broker event, laid on for Sterling's 50 key partner brokers, took place at Ashdown Park in Surrey.

Sterling invited Directors, partners and senior managers of its key partner brokers to discuss the areas that are of most interest and concern in the insurance industry. Sterling's claims, commercial and household management team presented discussions structured around the conference's 3D theme: Development, Delivery and Discovery.  Development focussed on the evolution that has occurred across the market in the last few years. The delivery session highlighted Sterling's 2013 plans and initiatives they will continue to deliver for their brokers. The conference concluded with a discovery segment, which will be an interactive session to obtain broker feedback on what their specific needs are for the future.

David Sweeney, head of commercial and personal lines at Sterling, said:

"Much of what we do at Sterling is built around communication. Events like this are crucial, not only to say thank you to our key partner brokers, but also communicate with them and find out where we can do more."

Mr Sweeney concludes:

"The full attendance of this event is testament to the value that partner brokers place in the products, service and professionalism delivered by Sterling staff in all business areas. It affords Sterling a fantastic opportunity to enter into dialogue with brokers to maintain development and growth in 2013."
