Sterling shortlisted for two Insurance Times Awards 2012

Sterling has been shortlisted for both the Insurer Innovation of the Year and the Claims Initiative of the Year awards for the upcoming Insurance Times Awards 2012. The industry ceremony, taking place in December, will highlight the hard work and commitment of those individuals, teams and companies who have delivered at the highest level in 2012.

Sterling has been shortlisted for the Insurer Innovation award for its Sterling Licensed Loss Adjuster Initiative which was launched in response to ongoing broker communication and ensured that individual loss adjusters interacting with all brokers and customers had the requisite technical skills, understanding of company philosophies and service levels. The Claims Initiative acknowledgement was for the Claims Transformation Programme, again in direct response to broker feedback and ensured that all levels of the Sterling service ethos were reflected for the customer at every customer point.

Sterling will take part in the second stage judging on Thursday 20th September at Skinners Hall and the overall winners will be announced on the 4th December.

John Blundell, MD at Sterling comments:

"It is extremely gratifying to receive recognition from the industry for these two initiatives. Both the Loss Adjuster Initiative and the Claims Transformation Programme make a real difference to our brokers and their clients alike. We stand by Sterling's track record of innovation and look forward to proving ourselves at the next stage of judging."
